PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box white cake
4 eggs
Instant pistachio pudding
1 c. ginger ale
1/2 c. oil

Mix together in bowl; beat well. Pour into greased tube pan and bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 box pistachio pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip (or real whipped cream)

Make pudding as directed. Beat together with Cool Whip. Serve as topping on cut cake.
