MISSISSIPPI MUD 
4 eggs
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. mini marshmallows
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa

FROSTING:

1/2 box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Salt
1/4 c. Pet milk (add last)

Cream butter. Add sugar, then 1 egg at a time. Add rest of ingredients. Bake in ungreased 13"x9" dish for 25 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Mix frosting ingredients together, adding Pet milk last. While cake is hot, insert marshmallows and frost.
