SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 can sauerkraut, drained
1 can bean sprouts, drained
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar pimiento, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar

Boil sugar and vinegar 2 minutes. Cook, then pour over other ingredients. Let set 24 hours in refrigerator before eating.
