CRUNCHY SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

2 eggs
1/3 c. condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
3/4 c. sugar

Put in greased casserole. Cover with topping made of:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
