PORK CHOPS AND APPLES 
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 sm. thinly sliced apple
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 pork chops
1 tbsp. oil

In a small bowl, blend ketchup, orange juice, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add apples and onions and toss. Brown chops in oil. Cut into chunks. Place in 1 quart casserole dish and top with ketchup mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover; bake for an additional 15 minutes. Makes 2 servings.
