BEEF STROGANOFF SALAD 
2 c. coarsely ground or stripped roast beef
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. chili sauce
6 tbsp. pickle relish
2 tsp. horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until chilled.

Serve on lettuce and garnish with tomatoes, onion, pickles or whatever you like. Serve crackers, or party bread.
