BROCCOLI AND HAM CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped cooked ham
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
salt & pepper to taste

Place in oven proof 2 qt. casserole dish. Spread bread crumbs over mixture.

Bake 1 hour at 325°F or until browned and bubbly.
