TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 soup cans water
1 lg. pkg. Tater Tots

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef, onions and pepper until done. Pour into casserole dish. Heat soup and water and pour over mixture. Place Tater Tots on top, and sprinkle with cheese, cover with foil and cook for 50 minutes.
