TARTAR SAUCE 
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. olives, chopped
2 tsp. parsley, chopped
2 tsp. pickles, chopped
2 tsp. capers, chopped
2 tsp. onion, minced
1/2 tsp french tarragon

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate an hour or so to chill. Can be used as a dip for shrimp.
