GRANOLA - INGRID'S 
3 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. rye cereal or corn meal
1 c. wheat germ
3 c. coconut
6 c. oatmeal
1 to 2 c. water
1 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 c. sunflower seeds
3/4 c. honey or brown sugar
1 c. oil
1 tbsp. salt

Mix dry ingredients, add oil, then water. Mix until crumbly. Bake in slow oven, stirring occasionally until light brown.
