BREAD MACHINE

1 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups flour
3 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoon yeast
3/4 cup raisins with 1/4 teaspoon of flour (set aside and wait for beep)
Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
1 stick of butter, softened

I used the dough setting and bake in oven.

1. add water, butter, flour, sugar (3 tablespoons), salt and yeast to your bread machine.

2. Add the raisins in on the "add in" beep.

3. After it's done in machine, flour surface and divide into two portions. Set aside, covered with a clean towel.

4. Roll out the other 1/2 about 3/4 inch thick.

5. Spread softened butter evenly over dough using a butter knife.

6. Add the sugar and cinnamon on top of the butter.

7. roll up (remember to fold the sides as you go.

8. Place on cookie sheet.

9. Repeat with remaining dough.

10. Cover with Clean Towel for about 30 minutes.

11. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Dough will register 195-205°F when done. Tap on bottom; if it sounds hollow, then it's done.

12. Cool on wire rack and enjoy.
