CRISPY CHICKEN NUGGETS 
2 whole broiler-fryer chicken breasts
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. packaged corn flake crumbs or seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Bone chicken breasts; remove skin. Cut each breast half into 6-8 chunks, about 1 1/2 inches square. Dip chicken in melted butter. Roll in crumbs combined with salt and pepper. Place in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold with toothpicks.
