PARTY CHEESE CAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth. Next ADD:

Spoon mixture into cup cake papers and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 40 minutes. Cool. (Lisa cooked hers for 35 minutes.)

BEAT: 1/2 c. granulated sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Indent 1 teaspoon into top of cake; put about 1 teaspoon sour cream mixture.

Top with pie filling. Refrigerate or freeze. Makes 24-28.

Wilderness cherry pie filling or Wilderness blueberry pie filling
