CORNED BEEF AND NOODLES 
4 oz. noodles
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. horseradish
3/4 tsp. mustard
1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, cut in 6 slices

Cook noodles according to directions. Drain. In saucepan melt butter, stir in flour. Add milk. Cook quickly, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir in horseradish, mustard and 2 teaspoons salt, dash pepper. Add noodles and peas. Put into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Arrange corned beef pieces on noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
