ELEPHANT EARS 
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
6 tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
Powdered sugar

Beat eggs until very fluffy, about 8 minutes. Beat in water and salt. Stir in flour, working with hands if necessary. Roll dough out on well floured cloth or board. Knead slightly until not sticky but still soft.

Divide dough into 12 equal parts. Roll each part out on floured cloth to about 8 inch circle very thin.
