1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix and sift dry ingredients. Cream butter. Add sugar and beaten eggs. Add dates and nuts. Drop on greased cookie sheet.

Bake in 325°F oven for 18 minutes.
