1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Pillsbury yellow cake mix
1 2/3 c. applesauce (15 oz. jar)
3 eggs

Combine sugar and cinnamon and set aside. Blend cake mix, applesauce and eggs until moistened. Beat 2 minutes on highest speed of beater. Pour half of batter into tube pan. Sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon mixture. Swirl with knife. Cover with remaining batter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until done. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar or glaze.
