SHIRLEY'S VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 lb. stew beef, cut into sm. pieces
2 qt. water
2 celery stalks, cut fine
1 lg. onion or 2 sm. cut fine
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
3-4 carrots
4 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
2 cans white corn
3 lg. potatoes, diced
1 pkg. baby lima beans

Cook meat in pressure cooker 20 minutes to 1/2 hour. Cool pressure cooker down. Add celery, onion, salt, pepper, tomatoes, tomato sauce, carrots, and Sweet 'N Low. Boil covered for 45 minutes, don't pressure cook. Add 2 cans of white corn, potatoes, and lima beans. Cook until vegetables are done.
