BAKED CHICKEN BREAST OR WHOLE
CHICKEN
 
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. Kelloggs corn flake crumbs, in whole chicken, otherwise use smaller portions
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Coat chicken with dry ingredients. Fry until golden brown on high heat. Pour off grease or oil. Add 1 cup water and place in oven with foil cover. Cook 30- 45 minutes.
