INSTANT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
1 cube butter
1 can crushed pineapple
1 sm. can coconut (very cold or frozen)

Pour pineapple in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle coconut on top of pineapple. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top of that and pat down. Thinly slice butter completely over dry mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool; cut in squares.
