TROPICAL AMBROSIA BARS 
3 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1/4 c. honey
2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. flaked coconut

In medium saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over reserved juice with enough water to equal 1 cup; let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. Stir in honey, then remaining ingredients. Turn into 8 or 9 inch baking pan; chill until firm. To serve, cut into bars. Can be served at room temperature.

Makes 2 dozen bars.
