CURRIED HAM CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. wild rice mix, cooked
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
3/4 lb. cooked ham, diced
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook rice well, broccoli slightly. Spread rice in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer with broccoli, ham, mushrooms and cheddar cheese. Mix soup, mayonnaise, mustard and curry. Pour over contents in pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serves 8 to 10.
