SEAFOOD SIN 
1/2 lb. butter
3 ribs celery, finely chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 med. green peppers, chopped
12 green onions, chopped

Saute the above ingredients for 10 to 15 minutes. 2 lbs. shrimp, peeled 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained

Add to the above and continue to saute 10 more minutes. 1 (11 oz.) can nacho cheese soup 1/2 pt. half & half milk 2 tbsp. flour

Add to the rest and stir well. Cook 1 (8 oz.) package of wide egg noodles; drain. Pour seafood over noodles. Season with Lang Cather's Creole Seasoning. Bake 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 10.
