HAM CASSEROLE 
1 lb. cooked ham
4 med. sweet potatoes
2 apples
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 lb. butter
Dash of ground cloves, cinnamon and allspice
1 c. seedless green grapes
1/4 c. brandy

Dice ham; cook peeled, sliced sweet potatoes, drain and set aside. Peel and slice apples.

Mix ham, potatoes, apples, and grapes. Place in greased casserole. Mix brown sugar and spices; dot generously with butter, pour brandy over all. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
