SCOTCHAROO'S 
1 c. white syrup
1 c. sugar

Boil. Take off burner.

Stir in:

1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Rice Krispies

Press into a buttered 9 x 13 pan.

Melt:

1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 sm. pkg. butterscotch chips

Spread over bars.
