TUNA CURRY 
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. curry powder
Salt & pepper
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained & flaked
Rice
Raisins

Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in small amount of olive oil until tender, not brown. Stir in sour cream, curry powder, salt and pepper to taste. Add tuna. Heat slowly, stirring often, just until hot. (Do not boil.) Serve over hot rice dotted with raisins. Yields 4 servings.

Even Rachel likes this, but without the raisins.
