1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix crust ingredients. Save 1 cup for topping. Press remainder into bottom of small square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

Mix ingredients for filling with electric mixer until smooth. Pour into pan over crust and top with remaining crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares and place on cupcake papers. Put in refrigerator and serve when chilled.
