GARLIC CHEESE GRITS 
1 c. grits, uncooked
4 c. water
1 tbsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 roll garlic cheese
1/2 lb. sharp cheese
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook the grits in the salted water. When cooled, add butter, garlic cheese, sharp cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until butter and cheese have melted. Put in greased casserole, and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 15 minutes. Serves 8-10. Use as main supper dish or brunch in the morning.
