54 Kraft caramels, melted
2 sticks butter
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 1/2 pkg. lg. marshmallows
1 reg. box Rice Krispies

Melt caramels, butter and milk. Dip to coat marshmallows, then roll into Rice Krispies.
