LUSCIOUS YOGURT FRUIT FLUFF 
2 c. baking mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 cartons (6 oz. each) yogurt (any flavor)
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. chilled whipping cream
2 c. miniature marshmallows
3 c. mixed fresh fruit

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix baking mix and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Press in ungreased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Bake until light brown, about 15 minutes; cool.

Mix yogurt and 1/2 cup sugar. Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff. Fold whipped cream and marshmallows into yogurt mixture; spread over crust. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Cut into squares; top with fruit. Refrigerate any remaining dessert. 9 servings.
