MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean hamburger
2 eggs
1/2 c. onion powder
1/2 c. garlic powder
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. bran
1/2 c. Quacker Oats
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. Romano cheese

Add all ingredients together; mix thoroughly. With hands, shape into 1 inch balls. Brown in frying pan without any oil. When browned, put into the spaghetti sauce. Then put sauce into spaghetti cooked al-denti with 2 cups Romano cheese. Stir sauce into spaghetti. Put meat ball on top of spaghetti.
