CECIL'S CHILI BY SHARRON 
3 lbs. roast
2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. yellow onions, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped and seeded
2 tbsp. chili powder
6 oz. mushrooms, chopped
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely minced
2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. pepper
3 (16 oz.) cans chili beans
3 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, crushed

Brown ground beef in skillet; drain off grease. Cut roast into 3/4 inch squares. Brown roast and drain off grease. Chop up onions, green pepper, garlic, and mushrooms. Cut jalapenos into halves. Remove seeds, slice, and chop. Drain tomatoes and chop. Put ingredients into 4 quart crock pot and cook until done, approximately 6 to 8 hours. Salt and pepper to taste if directions are not satisfactory.
