OLD - FASHIONED POT ROAST | |
3 lb. boneless pot roast (rump, chuck or round) 1 env. Lipton onion or beefy onion recipe soup mix 2 1/4 c. water 1 can cream of chicken soup In Dutch oven, brown roast over medium heat. Add soup mix and cream of chicken soup. Simmer covered for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. |
