CHICKEN-PORK ADOBO 
2 lb. pork chops or leftover pork pieces
2 lb. chicken pieces or pieces of cutlets
3 cloves garlic, ground or 3/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 med. onions, diced
2 bay leaves
1 lg. can pineapple chunks with juice
1 peppercorn
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce

Put all in large pot except pineapple. Bring to a boil and simmer, covered 1/2 hour. Add pineapple and heat 5 minutes more and serve with white rice.
