NANCY SOFER'S SINCHA SALAD 
This salad is big enough for alot of people so if you're making it for a family shabbot, cut the recipe in half.

1 bag frozen French cut string beans
1 bag frozen shoepeg corn
1 bag frozen baby green peas
1 red pepper, diced
1/2 purple onion, diced
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix everything together, adjust salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
