BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box raisin bran cereal (Common Sense)
1 c. melted butter
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk (4 c.)
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
Raisins & chopped pecans (optional)

Mix dry ingredients. Add liquids. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Yields 40 muffins. Batter can be stored in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
