MARIE'S COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour or cake flour

CRUMB TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. ground walnuts
2 to 3 tsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix like a cake. Cream butter; add sugar, eggs, and sour cream. Mix well. Sift flour, soda, powder together and add to batter. Make 4 layers beginning with the batter and alternating with the crumb topping in 4 small loaf pans (greased and floured). Top with crumb topping. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
