CHOCOLATE CHIP CREAM CHEESE
COOKIES
 
2 rolls Pillsbury chocolate chips cookies (dairy case)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (for topping)

In a 9"x13"x2" pan (do not grease) slice 1 roll package of cookies (about 20 to 24 slices). Lay slices in bottom of pan and pat together to make crust (connect slices). Beat together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour mixture on to of crust in pan. Slice second roll of cookie dough, lay on top of cream cheese mixture (do not pat dough slice together). Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool completely in pan before cutting into small squares.
