MOCK CHERRY PIE 
1 c. cranberries
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Bits of butter
1 c. cold water
Double pastry crusts

Cover 8 inch pie plate with pie crust. Fill with 1 cup cranberries, cut in halves. Add 1/2 cup raisins on top of berries. Next put in 1 cup sugar over fruit and 1 tablespoon flour. Add bits of butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pour 1 cup cold water over all. Put on top crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes until crust is nice and brown.
