CHOCOLATE - ALMOND VELVET 
2/3 c. chocolate syrup
2 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. slivered almonds (reserve a few)
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all but nuts and chill. Whip until fluffy and soft peaks form. Fold in nuts. Sprinkle nuts on top. Put into dessert or parfait glasses and freeze several hours. Take out 15 minutes prior to serving. This is very rich.
