SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
1/2 bottle barbecue sauce

Combine and heat in saucepan. This sauce is also delicious on cocktail franks or sliced polish sausage.

MEATBALLS:

Prepare your favorite meatball recipe adding 1 small can of chopped water chestnuts to approximately 2 pounds of ground beef, veal, or pork. Brown meatballs in fry pan or broil until done. Transfer to casserole dish. Cover with sauce and simmer. Serve over rice or with cocktail toothpicks.
