PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 large can pineapple chunks
2 to 3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. plain flour
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Drain pineapple, reserving liquid. Combine sugar and flour. Stir in 3 tablespoons liquid. Add cheese and pineapple chunks. Mix well. Put in greased casserole dish. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes.

Serves 4.
