SCALLOPED CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn with juice 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn 2 eggs, beaten 1 stick butter, melted 1 c. sour cream 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 c. Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese, shredded Combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes more. |
