2 lbs. ground chuck
1 sm. can mushrooms, sliced
1/2 green peppers, chopped
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
1 sm. can tomato sauce
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Corn Flakes
Garlic salt, optional
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix. Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 to 2 hours depending on bake dish.
