4 c. pineapple juice
1 1/2 c. apricot nector
4 c. apple cider
1 c. orange juice
2 sticks of cinnamon
2 tsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
Bourbon to taste (optional)

Tie spices in cheesecloth bag, add to mixed juices. Simmer on medium for 30 minutes. Remove bag add Bourbon if desired.
