RHUBARB CREAM PIE 
Pastry for 1 pie crust
2 c. diced rhubarb
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. cream

Put rhubarb in pie crust (unbaked). Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons flour and sprinkle over rhubarb. Mix remaining sugar, flour and cream and pour over all. Start baking at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Then turn down to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer or until rhubarb is done.
