1 box Crispix cereal
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter

Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in microwave safe bowl for 4-5 minutes in microwave. Stir occasionally. Pour over cereal. Mix well. Sprinkle 1/2 to 1 pound of powdered sugar over cereal and mix.
