STIR-FRY 
1 can chicken or beef broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2-3 tbsp. cornstarch (mix with soy sauce)
Chicken, beef or pork
2 tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 c. broccoli
1-2 c. carrots, sliced
2 c. mushrooms
1 c. pea pods
1 lg. onion

Brown chicken or beef or pork in garlic and oil. Cut up into bite size pieces broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, pea pods and onion. Slightly steam. Add to meat mixture. Add soy mix and cook until broth slightly thickens.
