STIR - FRY 
2 pork chops, cut in bite-size pieces
Chopped onion
Soy sauce
2 c. fresh asparagus, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms

Saute meat with 1 tablespoon or so of soy sauce. Halfway through cooking, add asparagus, onion and mushrooms. Saute until meat is done and asparagus is crisp, not soggy. Serve over rice. Serves 2 to 4.
