9 c. Chex brand cereal (any flavor)
1 c. Hershey semi-sweet chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 1-1 1/2 minutes or until smooth, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in vanilla extract.

Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring until all pieces are coated evenly. Pour cereal mixture into ziplock bag. Seal securely. Shake until all pieces are coated evenly. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store leftovers in ziplock bag or airtight container. Makes 9 cups.
